Prepare the Package
Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached, ensuring the gear is in its original, unwashed condition.
Ship It Back
Print the prepaid shipping label provided through the portal, attach it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Refund or Exchange Processing
Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your new exchange within 5 business days.
